Sunlight greenhouses are generally covered with a single layer of film. The greenhouse film consists of three pieces. The purpose of doing this is to leave ventilation openings at the top and bottom of the greenhouse. The fixing method can be bamboo pole+iron wire and groove clamp spring.

1. Hot film

If artificial ventilation is used in the greenhouse, edge sealing and film pressing are required. Before ironing the film, distinguish the positive and negative sides of the film, place the nylon rope about 10 centimeters inside the film, fold the film back, and use an electric iron to iron the two layers of film together.

2. Preparation before laying the film

① The film should be laid on sunny days with less wind;

② Check if there are any hard objects on the skeleton of the solar greenhouse to avoid puncturing the film;

③ Check if the pressure film line is sufficient and if the hooks are secure.

3. Membrane fixation

Membrane fixation generally adopts a bottom-up sequence, with the upper membrane pressing the lower membrane.

(1) Bamboo pole+wire fixation: Use thin wire to fix the lower end of the nylon rope film on the skeleton, and fix the lower end with soil; Similarly, the upper end of the two-layer membrane is fixed to the skeleton with thin wire, and the end of the three-layer membrane is not rolled up with nylon rope, tied with thin wire, and then fixed to the ridge. During installation, the overlap width between membranes should not be less than 30cm. Nylon ropes are tied to the walls on both sides, and the thin films on both sides are rolled up and fixed to the walls with bamboo poles.

(2) The clamping groove and clamping spring are fixed on the ridge and lower end of the greenhouse. The clamping groove is fixed on the greenhouse frame with self tapping screws, and the east and west sides are fixed on the outside of the wall. One end of the lower film with nylon rope is fixed to the skeleton with a thin wire, and the lower end is compressed with a spring; The two-layer film is fixed with bamboo poles and iron wires; The third layer of film without nylon rope is fixed with a snap spring. Tightly tie the nylon rope to the side wall, and then secure both ends of the film.

(3) After the installation of the film, press the film between the greenhouse arches through the film pressing line.
