This project is a farmland irrigation project. A total of over 10,000 mu of farmland are equipped with intelligent pole-mounted sprinkler irrigation systems. The core principle is to prioritize water conservation, achieve precise and efficient operation, ensure system compatibility, and implement intelligent control. The goal is to increase the irrigation water utilization coefficient to ≥0.8, and the irrigation guarantee rate to ≥90%. This will enable stable and high-yield production regardless of drought or flood.

- Headwater Hub (Pump Room)
Water Source: Well / Reservoir
Pumping System: Centrifugal Pump + Variable Frequency Constant Pressure Control Box (Stabilizes Network Pressure, Energy-saving)
Filtering System: Sand and Gravel Filter + Automatic Stack Plate Reverse Suction Filter (Prevents Sprinkler Head Blockage, Essential for Fertilization)
Integrated Water and Fertilizer Machine (Optional): Automatic EC/PH Regulation, Enables Simultaneous Water and Fertilizer Spraying
Measurement: Electromagnetic Flow Meter, Water Meter, Pressure Sensor
Main Control Unit: Internet of Things PLC Control Box, Connects to Cloud Platform

- Water distribution and transmission pipeline (buried underground)
Main pipe / Branch pipe: HDPE hot-melt pipe (rated pressure 0.8–1.0 MPa, burial depth ≥ 70–80 cm for frost protection and prevention of machinery compaction)
Zone control: Each irrigation zone is equipped with an electric solenoid valve (wired / wireless solar-powered valve)
Core: Divided into multiple irrigation groups to avoid insufficient pressure when all valves are fully opened simultaneously

- Field pole-mounted spraying unit (core)
Pole material: Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe
Height: 1.5 – 3 meters
Nozzle: Select the appropriate spray gun based on the spray distance.
Connecting pipe: PE pipe - Intelligent Sensing and Control System (“Intelligent” Core)
Soil moisture sensor, small weather station (temperature, humidity, wind speed, precipitation)
Internet of Things cloud platform + mobile APP remote control
Control modes: Timed irrigation, automatic moisture sensing trigger, remote manual control, rotation group scheduling
Alarm functions: Low pressure, water leakage, equipment failure push notifications
